Old Operating Theatre closes for restoration One of the area's favourite attractions, the Old Operating Theatre, Museum and Herb Garret, is closed from Monday 19th May until Wednesday 4th June for restoration work.   Please keep an eye on their website www.thegarret.org.uk for confirmation of exact re-opening date. The Operating Theatre itself will not be accessible until late June, but the Museum collection and Herb Garret, including special new displays, will be available at a reduced admission charge.
