London Festival of Architecture 2008 comes to Southwark The theme of the 2008 Festival is FRESH! – fresh thinking, fresh talent, fresh approach, fresh air and fresh food. It will take place over four weeks centred round five major Hubs – Kensington, Chelsea & Knightsbridge; Canary Wharf, Stratford & Thames Gateway; King’s Cross, Bloomsbury & Covent Garden; Southwark & South Bank; Clerkenwell & the City of London. The London Festival of Architecture's special attraction is that it brings together the professionals and the general public in an event that celebrates the history of the place, the positive aspects of the present and takes a critical view of what the future might have to offer.
